1.    Are you a real King and why?

I was actually recognized as the Sovereign-Lord (i.e. a title of Pharaoh) on the USA Presidential Inauguration of William J. Clinton, January 20, 1993 by the Reverend Billy Graham.  This was to acknowledge that the UEIR had conquered the USA; the UEIR had previously overthrown the USSR (this ended the Cold War between both countries, and had nothing to do with Iraq or the Democratic Party).

2.    What exactly is the UEIR?

The United Egyptian Imperial-Republic is an Egyptian Netherworld-based country that appears on Earth during the return of the incarnation of Lord Osiris, who is the original person whom became known as the Messiah in Israeli Prophecy.  Osiris worship was in vogue during the Roman Empire, so someone in the Roman Government converted Osiris Worship into a Romanized religion (under Emperor Constantine the Great) called Christianity.  This served two purposes: one, to stop the dangerous Christian Movement, and two, to assimilate the Egyptian culture into the Roman World.  The UEIR is the biblical Country of Heaven on Earth, this is because Citizens are summoned from Duat or are reborn into new bodily forms.  The UEIR has an Angelic Police force on Earth, enforcing the will of Lord Osiris (S7).  The Code Caesar series is our legal code, named after an incarnation of Osiris known as G. Julius Caesar, the Roman General and Statesman, the Founder of the modern UEIR.

3.    How did you acquire the City of Hayward and why does the USA Government owe you a debt?

The USA Government owes debts to many people; myself included.  As a result of this the UEIR claims Hayward as collateral or incentive until the debts are paid to the UEIR/M7.  My debts that are owed include the funds from my stolen novel (Eye of the Pharaoh ©1990, 1995) which was in circulation in Hayward after 1991 CE, and UEIR Taxes since 1994.  The novel was Copyrighted in name in 1990, and registered © in 1995 as The Flawed Emerald.  A psychology counselor working at California State University Hayward (now CSU East Bay) named Karen Weill had reviewed the book and secretly photocopied it in 1991.  By 1992 it was in publication as a “true story.”  I alerted the public about this crime on a Pre-Internet BBS called SFNET.   She was not arrested but was sent to a Mental Hospital and the book was Classified Top Secret, its proceeds confiscated by the US Government, and I received nothing.  It is currently valued in the hundreds of Billions of Dollars, due to Black Market sales.

4.    What are your plans for the City of Hayward?

My plans are to fix the city from corruption and attract businesses back to the city.  I have written to the White House about this, but they turned a deaf ear.  This is because some Hayward residents started a conspiracy against the UEIR involving the US Government, due to them bribing rogue Secret Service agents for information or “secrets” about M7 and the UEIR over the past decade.  So the city is corrupt, but so is the Federal Government.  Fixing a City for corruption has to start somewhere, so why not a City? I also wanted to create local businesses such as a book publisher, an Internet Center with Distance Learning, Drone Emergency Vehicles, and Emergency Lanes for Police, Ambulances and Firemen; and also fixing the “Loop” traffic issue near Downtown Hayward.  A Time Bank for rewarding businesses was also considered, as a backup currency in case the US Dollar “collapses” from excessive debts or defaults.

5.    Do you plan to become involved in Politics?

I was involved in Politics in the 1990s, but from a remote level.  I appreciated the fame resulting in portrayals in Political Cartoons, SNL Skits, comic strips in newspapers, and pro-UEIR Advertising since 1993.  I have since stopped.  People who collect data on me would use it against me anyways.
 
6.    What are your political leanings, if any?

I consider myself a Moderate Independent, because I find some information credible in both of the main 2 USA Political Parties (Democrats, Republicans), and I have considered making my own party system once.  I also view politics as a waste of time and resources; jobs in Political Science are as common as Anthropology ones (limited if any).  If I was ever paid for my debts owed, I would probably buy an island, create a mansion there, and retire from public life.
 
7.    Do you have any other plans for the funds owed?

Once I had plans.  I wanted to build a city on an island, a Utopia.  Then Climate Change (rising sea levels) ended that plan.  I wanted to fulfill my book’s events, too – go to Egypt was one option, but then the Arab Spring occurred (as in my book, chapter 19-20), and tourism there became dangerous.  I wanted to create an Egyptian style theme park, sort of like Disneyland for Pharaohs.  I am older now, with less enthusiasm to do anything.
