1/2C Sales Tax is for 20 years
Measure C – the proposed 1/2C sales tax increase – is Not Necessary for the following reasons:
• Hayward City Businesses are driven away from Hayward due to High Taxes, Cost of Living Expenses, and City Policies.
• Hayward City Council recently increased their salaries from City Tax Revenue, and now they want more money to fill their coffers. The Mayor of Hayward is among the highest paid Mayors in the State of California.
• Measure C is for 20 Years. That means: the Corrupt City Council Members will have extra income for 20 Years, which cannot be taken by the State. Why the extra Tip for less work?
• If you want a New Library, use the funds already given for that project from existing taxes. Don’t invent a New Tax to pay for something already funded.
• Most USA Government Officials often demand the State of the Art Technology, such as new Military devices (Tanks, Planes, Stealth vehicles, etc.), the most expensive equipment, or the most stylish items. They cannot pay for this on their own, so they use Credit to buy these items. Hayward is limited on its Credit, and increased Taxes will allow businesses to leave and people to not shop in a City with a high Sales Tax. They will find the same products in a cheaper environment elsewhere.
• Hayward City’s Cost of Living is high enough already. Hayward is perceived to be a Suburban Slum by many people, with too many houses and not enough businesses. Increased Sales Tax drives businesses away. This is why Downtown Hayward is a ghost town frequently.
• Undereducated and Affluent Voters will vote yes on Measure C because they either don’t know or don’t care.
• Vote No on Corruption – Vote No on Measure C!

a peaceful setting
so I visited the Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum in San Jose, CA. Free admission to the Museum and Planetarium / & Research Library. The grounds replicate an Ancient Egyptian environment, which is suitable considering there are Egyptian mummies (preserved people) in the Museum. I performed a small ritual for a mummy using the Opening of the Mouth ceremony, inside the building.

Paradise Found:

3. A Psychology Counselor offers to read the book.
4. The boy lets her borrow the book for 1 week.
5. The Counselor returns the book the next week in her red sports car, claiming her car was stolen but the book was safely inside.
6. Some time passes.
7. The boy learns his book was published by the Psychology Counselor.
8. The boy confronts the Psychology Department Head person, who calls the Police on the boy.
9. The boy is told he is "delusional" and that the book was never stolen.
10. Some time passes.
11. The book becomes a best seller and makes zillions of dollars, but the boy cannot prove this and is told he is being Paranoid about the situation.
12. The boy is famous and everyone gossips about him. He is told this is Paranoia when he asks people why they gossip about him.

The 1/2C Sales Tax is for 20 years and the City is expecting all the stupid people who live there will vote on it to pass it. That being, all the stupid people who do not own property and are renting, or are rich and don't care. UEIR should buy the City and fire the City Council and appoint people that will not corrupt the system. The City said it would be "broke in 4 years." If passed, where is the other tax revenue going to? 9 1/2 C % sales tax would result; where is the 9%? The 9% is in the pockets of the Mayor and his elect, whom increased their salaries during the last economic recession.
Vote No on Measure C - the money is not going to build a new library for $10M. The City needs the missing 9% revenue of sales taxes already collected, not an additional 1/2C tax. Stop the Deception.

It's Sterling-Silver

If California Law (rule of law) applies in the Sterling-Silver case, the woman who recorded the "conversation" should be arrested and the case thrown out. CA Law says "people cannot record private telephone conversations without consent or permission" (as in Tabloid Press recording Celebrities; or wiretaps). Making this public is no different than making public US Government secrets or classified information (Edward Snowden/NSA comes to mind). Also the woman recording it was in a losing side of a lawsuit against Mr. Sterling. Political smear campaigns or revenge tactics are similar. (Adam Silver should be fired. Preying on the racism card with a mostly black team is not nice, and the American Right of Freedom of Speech or Belief is attacked by his actions; who cares what Mr. Sterling believes? This has nothing to do with racism and more to do with Conspiracy against him by this woman and her revenge against him).

A library where I volunteered (near City of Hayward) was visited by an NSA agent (a typical, fat agent with National Security Agency written on his dark blue uniform) asking about (eye of the pharaoh) any book with "Pharaoh" in them. This was part of the Patriot Act/War on Terrorism, because my book mentioned a war against Arab terrorists, written in 1989-1990 CE - decades before the current one. He wouldn't stop harassing the library staff. So I printed up a copy and donated it. The day I did so the Librarian found this out, and the first course of action was to look at me strangely (as expected). Weeks later he told a staff member "it was Mike Costa's book, Eye of the Pharaoh, that the agent wanted."

Hayward (formerly, Haywards, Haywards Station, and Haywood) is a city located in Alameda County, California in the East Bay subregion of the San Francisco Bay Area. With a population in 2014 of 147,424 Hayward is the sixth largest city in the Bay Area and the third largest in Alameda County.[10] Hayward was ranked as the 37th most populous municipality in California. It is included in the San Francisco-Oakland-Fremont Metropolitan Statistical Area by the US Census.[11] It is located primarily between Castro Valley and Union City, and lies at the eastern terminus of the San Mateo-Hayward Bridge. The city was devastated early in its history by the namesake 1868 Hayward earthquake.
