Taxes (even 1/2Cent) are too high in Hayward, and WHERE is this money actually going to? We suspect the Mayor and his officers (who recently increased their salaries at tax payer expense from the last Tax Increase) are corrupted by personal gain and cannot manage city funds so they need to increase Taxes to pay for their lifestyles. City taxes are scaring away City Stores (downtown Hayward is a ghost town right before every City election), and other businesses do not remain there long due to property taxes and cost of living (Hayward is almost as expensive as Beverly Hills, for no apparent good reasoning; in the words of former Hayward Resident and Professor, the Late JE Morby, in a letter dated in 2009: "Hayward is a dump.") Why is Hayward - overrun by illegal immigrants making up some 40% of its population and labor - becoming a slum? Why are its officers taking pay checks from City taxes rather than sending them to areas needed? Do we need a Robin Hood Movement? Sales Taxes a few years ago were high, then lowered, now this. Only the City wants this to pass so they can greedily remain in power, even if voted out. Think people, think!

Measure C sales tax LASTS 20+ YEARS!!! Vote No on Measure C. End City Corruption now!

No, I am not an Arab.

Egyptian head-clothes are often mistook for Arabian headdresses because we invented them first. The striped Nemez headdress of Ancient Egyptian Pharaohs (Kings) have existed since the Old Kingdom or Pyramid Age. The Great Sphinx has this on its head (Giza Plateau, Egypt).

I do have Ancient "Middle Eastern DNA" from my paternal lineage, but this predates anything modern, as it exists in North Africa/Middle East (i.e. Ancient Egypt). I learned this from a DNA test once via National Geographic.

UEIR Cities

A Special Thank-you to American President B.H. Obama for saving the City of Hayward for the UEIR in 2014. Although rumor has it the city will run out of money by 2018 due to mismanagement of City Funds and personal corruption of its officers (who set taxes for their own sake, and not that of the Citizens who live in the City), as they set up new taxes on the June 3, 2014 voting ballot to continue this unlawful and immoral behavior, despite heavy taxes City-wide since the late 1990s. The UEIR will retain ownership for now or until American debts to the UEIR have been paid in full (if ever); the City is kept as collateral for the time being. - M7, UEIR 2014. Debts owed the UEIR/M7 exceeds in the billions range; certain Hayward City residents know about this already.
